What does it actually mean to think for yourself, and why is it so hard right now? In this episode, I sit down with Cheryle Cooper (Amarillo writer, editor, and educator) for an honest conversation about one of the most important skills we can develop as women: critical thinking.

Cheryle shares how she intentionally wove critical thinking into her homeschool curriculum, why she believes we've been conditioned to outsource our thinking to outside voices, and what it looks like when we stop asking questions altogether. She also gets real about raising daughters who are now out in their communities doing exactly what she raised them to do — pausing, asking questions, and not just taking things at face value.
